Man is composed of physical and spiritual existence.
From time to time, he faces the symptoms of health and
sickness from each of them. The health of these two
dimensions together determines the holistic well-being of the man.
There is no permanent cure but a temporary benefit
in separating the suffering from the sufferer, focusing on
the isolated parts over the concept of wholeness and giving
precedence to the physical existence over the spiritual.
To view every aspect of our life from a Divine
perspective is crucial in understanding that the mother of
all crises is the spiritual crisis.
The Prophet PBUH said: “God has not created an
illness without its cure; some may know it and some
may not.”
People, nowadays, are largely facing issues like substance abuse, aggression, depression, addictions,
disorders, trauma and many others.
I help them in figuring out the root cause of their problems by reforming their perspective, building
healthy communication and aligning them with the true purpose of their life.
Your world is only the one which you create yourself
(Allama Iqbal)
My counselling sessions helped me in overcoming both of my clinical and psychological symptoms that I had been struggling with since many years.
My child attempted suicide several times due to an unhealthy relationship with his father. He showed acute symptoms of depression. Sessions with Mustafa sir helped him to figure out the core of the problem. No more suicide attempts after that, Alhumdulillah!
I was born in a Muslim family, but never experienced Islam beyond few rituals. I met Mustafa Sir with a bunch of questions in my mind regarding religion and morality. But he gave me a lot more questions to reflect upon and his questions answered all mine and gave me a sound perspective to live with.
“The Day when neither wealth nor children will be of any benefit. Only those who come
before Allah with a pure heart [will be saved].”
Surah Ash-Shu’ara, 88-89
It is important to recognize the spiritual diseases and engage oneself in lifelong efforts to cleanse
and purify one’s heart. Just like our physical existence would become feeble and lose all its vitality
owing to lack of attention, proper nutrition, and care; our spiritual existence (our soul) also requires
sincere and continuous care through its purification using various practical and academic treatments
prescribed in Islam.
You will be the first to know when the doors open again,
I contacted Mustafa Sir with a heavy heart and not more than 2 counselling sessions with him helped me in reforming my relationship with myself by working on my internal dialogue.
