Man is composed of physical and spiritual existence.
From time to time, he faces the symptoms of health and
sickness from each of them. The health of these two
dimensions together determines the holistic well-being of the man.
There is no permanent cure but a temporary benefit
in separating the suffering from the sufferer, focusing on
the isolated parts over the concept of wholeness and giving
precedence to the physical existence over the spiritual.
To view every aspect of our life from a Divine
perspective is crucial in understanding that the mother of
all crises is the spiritual crisis.
The Prophet PBUH said: “God has not created an
illness without its cure; some may know it and some
may not.”

(Quran 2:187)
My perspective about marriage before I got married was entirely different from what I experienced, after my marriage. I faced many problems due to this. The counselling sessions gave me a healthy perspective and true definition of marriage which made it easy for me to accept the reality.
My relationship with my husband before the sessions was more of a kind of a formal one. We had serious communication issues. Sessions reformed my perspective and I was able to see Allah’s hand in everything and it made me feel better and happier.
I never could win my in laws’ heart, irrespective of all my efforts. My sessions with Mustafa Sir were life changing. By implementing his simple advices, I could experience happiness and gratitude in my relationships. All thanks and praise be to Allah!
“The Day when neither wealth nor children will be of any benefit. Only those who come
before Allah with a pure heart [will be saved].”
Surah Ash-Shu’ara, 88-89
It is important to recognize the spiritual diseases and engage oneself in lifelong efforts to cleanse
and purify one’s heart. Just like our physical existence would become feeble and lose all its vitality
owing to lack of attention, proper nutrition, and care; our spiritual existence (our soul) also requires
sincere and continuous care through its purification using various practical and academic treatments
prescribed in Islam.

My Spouse was not as committed towards the upbringing of our children as I was. We faced many conflicts. Sessions helped me to cope with the circumstances and taught me the value of my spouse.
